6 sessions of 1 - 1.5 hours is a good time for many people to make significant changes. However my approach is flexible and I will work with you on the best approach for you and your organisation.
A package of 6 sessions is £1,500. We have a special rate for small charities and charity leaders. Contact me for further information.

Many people come to team coaching when a team is not functioning well, yet even the most effective teams can improve their performance through team coaching.

Good examples are small groups of senior leaders in a multi-academy trust, or a group of CEOs from small/medium charities.

Good examples are small groups of senior leaders in a multi-academy trust, or a group of CEOs from small/medium charities.
A typical programme consists of 6 x 2.5 hour sessions spread over 2-3 months. The group may wish to focus each session around a particular theme (e.g. working with Boards of Trustees) or may prefer to work with whatever is most important at the time.
I work flexibly around the needs of the group which are discussed and negotiated at the start.
Many groups find lasting support networks through this type of group coaching.

I will work with your board to identify current strengths, areas for improvement and a process to move towards the arrangements that will best suit your organisation for the future.
