Leadership coaching will help you to explore issues, gain new insights, be supported to try new approaches and help you to find ways to enhance and develop your skills and confidence.

Mentoring can help to bring in additional knowledge to support your thinking.

I work with you to identify the outcomes you are looking for and the best approach for you, be that coaching, mentoring or a blend of both.

6 sessions of 1 - 1.5 hours is a good time for many people to make significant changes. However my approach is flexible and I will work with you on the best approach for you and your organisation. 

A package of 6 sessions is £1,500. We have a special rate for small charities and charity leaders. Contact me for further information.

Team Coaching can help your team to be clearer about their purpose and who they serve,  to recognise team dynamics and to explore new ways of working. The objective is to support and challenge your team to be the most effective it can be for the benefit of the client or customer and the organisation. Many people come to teach coaching when a team is not functioning well, yet even the most effective teams can improve their performance through team coaching.

Team Coaching includes time with the team away from the workplace, time with the team leader and team observations 'in situ'. Our approach to team coaching is to work with you to identify the best approach for your team and organisation.

Carry out governance reviews

A governance review involves looking at the composition, structure, size and format of your governance arrangements alongside your governance documents. I will work with your board to identify current strengths, areas for improvement and a process to move towards the arrangements that will best suit your organisation for the future.
